Shipping & Delivery

HBOTT.com offers both physical product shipping and on-site wellness service delivery. Below we define "Mobile Delivery" for wellness services and set out our shipping and delivery policies.

1. Mobile Delivery (Wellness Services)

"Mobile Delivery" means the delivery of wellness and hyperbaric oxygen services (HBOTT — HyperBaric Oxygen: the first T for Therapy, the second T for Treatment) to a location chosen by the client, rather than the client traveling to a fixed clinic. Under our Mobile Delivery model:

• Our qualified staff transport clinical-grade equipment (e.g., hard-shell hyperbaric chambers) to your home, office, or care facility within our defined service area.
• Services are performed on-site at the scheduled time. You receive the same 1.5+ ATA protocol as in a fixed clinic, with the convenience of your chosen location.
• You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible space (as specified at booking), adequate power supply, and any other site requirements we communicate. Failure to meet these may result in cancellation of the session and possible charges per our Refund Policy.
• Mobile Delivery is available only within our current service area (Southern California: San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, and surrounding regions). Availability and scheduling are confirmed at booking.

Mobile Delivery does not include shipment of physical goods to your address; it refers solely to the on-site provision of wellness/hyperbaric sessions by our team at your location.

2. In-Home HBOTT Sessions (SoCal)

We deliver mobile hyperbaric sessions via the Mobile Delivery model described above. Scheduling and exact delivery windows are confirmed at booking. Cancellation and reschedule rules are in our Refund Policy. Session package expirations are in our Refund Policy.

3. Equipment (Chambers, Accessories)

Equipment orders are typically shipped by the manufacturer or authorized seller. Shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on product availability and destination. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive shipments; risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. For large or heavy items, white-glove or professional delivery may be arranged—details will be provided with your order. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and the seller's terms.

4. International

Equipment shipping outside the United States may be available through select partners; inquire for availability and terms. Mobile Delivery wellness services are currently offered only within our defined Southern California service area.
