This Refund Policy sets out how HBOTT.com handles refunds, cancellations, and session package expirations. All billing is handled via the secure Authorize.net gateway. By purchasing sessions, equipment, or making donations, you agree to these terms.
1. $99 Marketplace Listings — Non-Refundable Once Live
The $99 flat fee for used chamber marketplace listings is non-refundable once the listing is live. No refunds or credits are issued after publication. If you have not yet been published and wish to cancel your payment, contact us promptly at HBOTTGROUP@gmail.com; we may, at our discretion, cancel the listing and issue a refund before the listing goes live. 2. Subscription Tiers ($249/$2,500) — 30-Day Cancellation Notice
Subscription tiers (e.g., $249/month Verified Premium, $2,500/month National Exclusive billed quarterly) require at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing date to cancel. No refunds for the current paid period. See Refund & Cancellation for details.
3. Session Packages — Expiration
Pre-paid session packages (e.g., 5, 10, 20, or 40 sessions) are valid for use within a specified period from the date of purchase or first session, as stated at the time of sale. If no period is stated, packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions remaining after the expiration date are forfeited; no refund or credit is provided for expired sessions unless required by law or we agree in writing (e.g., documented medical inability to complete sessions).
Extensions may be available at our discretion for documented medical or exceptional circumstances. Requests must be submitted in writing before the expiration date. Contact HBOTTGROUP@gmail.com.
4. Session Cancellations and Reschedules
Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled session without charge if you provide at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being deducted from your package or charged as a full session at the single-session rate, at our discretion. No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will be charged as a full session and deducted from your package or billed accordingly.
Reschedule: Rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice is permitted at no charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may be treated as a late cancellation. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges or additional fees.
For mobile delivery sessions, you are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible location and power availability. If we arrive and cannot perform the session due to your failure to meet these requirements, the session may be charged and deducted from your package.
5. Refunds for Unused Sessions
Refunds for unused sessions in a pre-paid package are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds may be subject to: (a) an administrative or processing fee (e.g., 10–15% of the refundable amount or a flat fee as disclosed at purchase); (b) deduction of the per-session rate for any sessions already used from the package; (c) the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method or as store credit, at our option. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. We are not obligated to refund unused sessions after the package expiration date.
6. Equipment Purchases
Refunds and returns for equipment (chambers, accessories) purchased through HBOTT.com or our partners are governed by the seller's or manufacturer's return policy disclosed at checkout. Defective or misdescribed items may qualify for return, repair, or replacement under applicable law. Contact the seller or us for details. Shipping costs for returns may be your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
7. Donations (Hope Fund / iGiveSocial)
Donations to the HBOTT Hope Fund or through iGiveSocial are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount), contact us promptly and we will work with our nonprofit partner to address the issue where legally and operationally permitted.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a billing dispute, contact us first at HBOTTGROUP@gmail.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of services and collection action for any amount owed. Refunds, when granted, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically 5–10 business days).
