Refund & Cancellation Policy
Policies for refunds and cancellations of sessions, equipment, and donations.
HBOTT.com wants you to be satisfied. Below are our refund and cancellation guidelines for sessions, equipment purchases, and donations.
Hyperbaric sessions (SoCal): Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid charges. No-shows may be charged the full session fee. Refunds for pre-paid session packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis; unused sessions may be refundable minus a processing fee. Contact us as soon as possible to request a refund or reschedule.
Equipment (marketplace): Refunds and returns for equipment purchased through HBOTT.com or our partners are subject to the seller's or manufacturer's return policy. Contact the seller or us for details. Defective or misdescribed items may qualify for return or replacement per applicable law.
Donations (Hope Fund / iGiveSocial): Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will work with our nonprofit partner to address the issue where permitted.
Disputes: If you have a billing dispute, contact us first at HBOTTGROUP@gmail.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter. Chargebacks may result in suspension of service until resolved.
